We would like to thank you for your kindness to forward this call for paper to your colleagues/students. Please email us for any questions to biomic@ugm.ac.id. Looking forward to meeting you in BioMIC UGM 2021.

As you may be aware, the global health crisis with coronavirus disease (COVID-19) is a unique challenge that has impacted many participants in this conference. Governments around the world are now issuing restrictions on travel, gatherings, and meetings in an effort to limit and slow the spread of the virus. The health and safety of the BioMIC participants and speakers are our first priority and UGM is supporting these efforts.

Following the advice and guidelines from healthcare officials and local authorities, BioMIC 2021 will now be held virtually on 6–7 October 2021. The conference fees will be adjusted. Information and instructions on how to prepare for a virtual presentation will be sent separately. Although BioMIC 2021 cannot be held physically, the integrity and quality of the research and content will remain and now be experienced in the virtual environment.

UGM participants with accepted paper will be given an allowance to present the paper. *Terms and conditions apply.
