Background
The conference is organized by LPPM, Universitas Negeri Surabaya with funding support from the directorate general of research and development of the Ministry of Research and Technology in the 2019 fiscal year in the scheme of international scientific conference assistance. Commitment to readiness to meet the new era has been attempted and materialized in the theme raised in this seminar, namely research and its application to meet the industrial era 4.0.
We are inviting academics, researchers, and practitioners to submit case studies of practice, theoretical papers, empirical studies and other papers that address any topic within the broad areas of Social-Humaniora, and Science-Technology.

Call for Papers
The author is asked to submit an full paper to the Committee on July 7th, 2019. The abstract must contain the following sections: introduction, research objectives, methods, results, conclusions, and keywords. Abstraction cannot be more than 200 words.
[IMPORTANT] To send an abstract, the author must register first (click here). Then they can send the manuscript by going to this site (menu “Submission System” then “Enter”). The manuscript will be reviewed by reviewers.
Joint Publication
The International Conference Research and Academic Community Services (ICRACOS) 2019 proceeding in Soscial and Humaniora field will be published together with Mathematics, Informatics, Science and Education Conference (MISEIC) 2019.
